What are the costs?

How do I know what to pay for my maintenance adjustment?

Pay-as-you-can is a new system which can be uncomfortable for some, as we’re so used to being told the price. You are welcome to pay the standard maintenance fee of $54, however, if this is not affordable for you to maintain (that is a very common!), please pay what feels more sustainable. 

How do I book an appointment? 

You can book online, call or email us to book your initial consultation.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

No, we are a primary healthcare provider.

Do you have ACC appointments? 

Yes, we do, see our pricing page. If you have an ACC claim number, please bring it along to your appointment. 

If you do not have an ACC claim number yet but think you are eligible, please book a non-ACC initial consultation and we will make you a claim if you require one. 

What should I bring or wear to my appointment? 

All appointments are conducted fully clothed. You can wear whatever you like, however, you might find it most comfortable to avoid tight, restrictive clothing or short skirts/dresses. If there’s any information you think might support our assessment, feel free to bring it along.
